Mont Ventoux open to cyclists yet?

Hello,
Does anyone know if Mont Ventoux from Bedouin is open yet? For cyclists. March 2016.
I have done it before and it was officially closed. But that was only to cars. There was a barrier a few kms after Chalet Reynard.
The French cycling websites only list it as open when the car barrier is opened.
If anyone is doing the Grande Route des Alpes, it is worth noting that Cormet de Roselend can be open to cyclists a month before it is offically opened.
Cheers.

Cycled up on Wednesday. A perfect day. No wind.
Up from Bedoin. Decended to Malaucene - the top part of this road is still closed to cars but no problem for bikes.0 -

Amazing! Last weekend there was 15cm of fresh snow above 1500m and the wind so strong and cold on the plain you could barely stand up straight.0
