Need to take the plunge instead of relying on house insurance.
Used to insure my other bikes but not for a long time.
How many of you have stand alone bike insurance?
Want something that will replace like for like, not the price I paid.
Not riding abroad.
Don't want to be tied down by the required spec of lock.
Want extras covering ie speedo, saddlebag...
Any offers or recommendations?

To be fair there are so many choices, just google it and find one that suits your needs. Home insurance will usually cover for full cost of replacement if listed as a specified item.0

Mine are covered as specified items. Like for like replacement.
My downhill bike is an old model, if that's stolen I get the new Pulse DH Pro which is £1000 more expensive.
My trail bike is a custom build and is covered for like for like replacement.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350
