Quiet in here. I was up uncharacteristically early and went for a ride on a bicycle. The rather camper one unfortunately. Are we allowed to mention such things in here? Being desperately unfit I now ache, but the roast pork belly I had in the boozer helped. Probably have a kip in a bit.

    Good night meeting upmwith some old friends up North. Has a good passenger ride in my mates 220 bhp Westfield this morning that certainly woke me up. Now a bit knackered after a the long drive South and not looking forward to work tomorrow!
