Tendinopathy / Foot Numbness

Hi
I was diagnosed with knee tendinopathy (in both knees) over 18 months ago. I've started cycling again about 3 months ago, and learning to manage the symptoms. But since injuring my knees I've noticed my feet go numb and cold after 20-30 minutes cycling, this wasn't an issue before. Has anyone suffered with this? Is there a way to relieve this? I don't believe it's anything to do with shoes or bike fit as nothing has changed.
Ideas would be gratefully received.

Thanks but shoes aren't tight. I loosened them as thought it could be that, but made no difference.0

Is this even with overshoes? I run hotter than most people but even my feet get cold on the bike.0

I generally have cold feet, so wear over shoes too. Maybe a slight difference, but still get the issue.0

It could be to do with nerves in your back - if your pinching a nerve this can affect your feet, as weird as it sounds.
I have noticed an improvement in this since I took up yoga and core work in the gym. Its not a short term fix, don't expect results in the short term.
the yoga is the most boring hour of my life - but it does seem to work.0 -
I suffer the same when I'm riding and have done for about 3 years now. Pain in the ass but I tend to wiggle my foot about to regain the feeling. However I've just switched to Speedplays and they feel a more 'natural' position when pedalling so I'm hoping it's not just a placebo effect.0
