good party last night, meant lots of tidying up and bottles to get rid off
Since then its been a nice 6 mile run, followed by 'helping' the next door neighbour get rid of all of their 3 yr perfectly cut and dried wood managed 15 wheelbarrows worth.
Now watching the GP, then its cleaning the patio ready for the new furniture being delivered next week. Later is the pub0 -
Managed a ride round the Surrey hills this morning. Significantly longer than any ride this year. Tired now. Just been to the boozer for a roast now lounging on the couch.0

A birthday ride to my favourite cafe, followed by Sunday lunch and a snooze“Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Teach a man to cycle and he will realize fishing is stupid and boring”

Coldish but not too bad ride this morning, loads of people out dressed like they were going to Antartica for some reason.
Good familiglia/tinkering afternoon, currently smashing head against wall trying to email piccies from 'phone/iPad to email account to upload on here but nothing is playing ball.

Forgot to say in response to the title that I was actually on a compact. Too cold for anything like a semi.0

Good night last night catching up with old friends in the frozen North before headed back down South this afternoon. Had a very good passenger ride is my mates 220bhp Westfield round the back roads of County Durham this morning - definitely woke me up a bit.

Just walked in from first weights session in 3 weeks.
Firstly, I am even more puny than before.
Secondly, I'm sure it wasn't that difficult before.
Thirdly, I'm off for a glass of wine.
Ciao for now.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am
