Campag Xenon Vs Campag Veloce

I have a standard Veloce chainset with Power Torque fitted on my Ribble Stealth. I'm looking at changing to a compact and I have a spare Xenon compact chainset. Would this be compatible?

IF you have also a matching BB for that Xenon (Square taper? ) , yes it will fit.

I do. So i'd have to swap out the BB as well?

Is that a big job?

Not really if you have the right tools.
The Powertorque BB needs an expensive special Campagnolo puller or a fitting universal one and a spanner for the cups.
For firting the square taper BB you need the matching spanner (depends on the acual BB you have)

Xenon in a compact would probably not be square taper BB but the same BB as the Veloce(outboard cups) so should be a straight swap.

Ooo you could be right. I have got mixed up as my girlfriends Xenon equipped bike has a Miche chainset not a Campag one as I first thought. Sorry :oops:
