Wide (23) tubular rim, narrow (21) tyre compatibility
I'm building up my first set of tubs, and didn't consider that I had 23mm rims when choosing tyres (21mm veloflex corsa EVO CX)
Should I return them immediately, or is this combination possible?
I'm around 77 kg if that's part of the equation...
Plan was only to use them for use on an outdoor track, not general potholey roads!
