Canyon sizing-Can anyone help?

I know this question gets asked again and again but can someone please advise?
Im 5ft 9 with an inseam of 80 cm and a reach of 65cm. Looking to buy a Nerve or Spectral, Canyon tell me i need a small; ive got a2012 Canyon hardtail 29er in a small and that feels too cramped, had to slide the saddle back as far as possible. Every other manufacturer says medium. Anyone of similar size with any info please.

    If you order a canyon now the geometry and sizing will not matter, it will become obsolete untill you get to ride it, so I advice you to look elsewhere if you want to enjoy riding...

    Go up a size or two to allow for you growing a few inches by the time it arrives.
    I'd shop elsewhere. Canyon have serious and well known issues at the moment
