Got a ten mile two man time trial this morning - perhaps I should have stayed on the cider rather than moving into the wine

I hope to get a ride in afterwards otherwise I've got loads of jobs to do here in the money pit

MIL is coming over for lunch and a walk, hopefully it will look into the pub

Just got up for a Sunday solo ride, not much enthusiasm but it's dry and I should make the most of it!

Then back home to do some gardening

50 mile reliability ride and rather nice rib eye for later so I'm hopeful of getting the bbq out for the first time this year.

Seems like Sundays are the only days that roadies are allowed out?

Decent lie in. Now on the coffee while the hound snoozes. Later I'll be unpacking and testing my new mobile pressure washer on the mucky bike.

Be careful with cheap bikes; pressure washers can strip the paint off them.

On a less serious note, stand back a little as you'll end up with water in the bearings*.

It's a bike specific pressure washer, so no worries :) Also no worries with my bikes anyway, unless water melts carbon

Don't put water any where near carbon or leave it out in the sun.

Not really, kids and house stuff get in the way most of the week.

Flagging done, just need to clean up and then a beer is chilling in the fridge with my name on it!

Pretty good sunday, out for a quick (in time not speed!) cycle this morning in the sun then straight over to the pub where my friend was playing guitar/singing, she's actually really god so no need for fake enthusiasm and praise!

Now need to clean my Ribble frame up, take some photos and stick it on ebay.

I was thinking about the slackers, and there are a few on here...

I probably have too, been a very poor start to the year for my cycling.
