headset seal

My bike has a gap between the top of the headtube and the top part of the headset. I'm sure there use to be a rubber seal in between. Can I buy spares ? If so where ?
Bike has been in the shop for some work and I've just noticed the gap when I got it home. All functions fine but worried about water ingress.

    Normally part of the headset.

    As to if there is something available it depends on what headset it is.

    But it may be time for a new headset.
