Chain Reaction - Recent Poor Service??

Is it just me or are others experiencing very poor service from Chain Reaction since the merger with Wiggle was announced?
They used to be ultra speedy and very efficient. This week it has taken over 2 days to get a reply about a product query that I needed to order. I've also ordered some tyres three days ago (listed as a well stocked item) and they are still being "Processed". I emailed them about that and they say "We have been dealing with higher than anticipated order volumes. ..."
I think this is rather poor service for an online supplier of their reputation/caliber. OK, I'm not expecting miracles but FFS how long does it take to put two tyres in a box and post them out?
Personally I blame Wiggle (who have always been speedy and efficient and deliver stuff before I even order it!)

I placed an order Wednesday morning that is still processing (estimated shipping date was that day) but I took free delivery so can hardly complain. If I wanted it quicker I could have paid for the faster shipping. I also emIled them and had an answer to my question within a few hours.0

Ha, that's nothing! 48 hours and still processing?!
I pre-ordered a CD from an "alternative music" company on 29th Jan, due for shipment 28th Feb. Delayed due to art-work issues until 7th March, now delayed until 28th March!
