New tyre advice

Hi all,

Been a while since I've been on my bike - Cube Litening HPC Race 2012.
Came with DT Swiss RA 2.0 wheels and Schwalbe ZX Ultremo tyres which are still fitted.

I'm looking at changing the tyres to maybe Continental Grand Prix 4000S II. Is this a good tyre? Would it fit in the 25 size or would I have to keep to 23? I've tried to find some info on my wheels but can't find anything relating to tyre sizes.

I want a tyre that performs well for leisurely biking around roads that are not in the best of condition. Not in the winter nor in the wet.

Should I keep my existing Ultremos? They're not worn. I've only cycled around 1200 miles since I had the bike and its been stored in the spare room since.

Any advice welcome.

thanks
Graham

If there's nothing wrong with the Ultremos, keep riding them - there's nothing out there that will be significantly better.

If they are not worn then why change them? Ultremos are excellent tyres.

don't bother changing for the sake of it.

    Ok thanks all.
I only asked as I have been looking at all the new tyres that are out and wondered if there were any worth swapping to.

I will stick with what I have. I'll give them a clean and pump them up this weekend.
