Shifting Problems

I have a 2015 Campagnolo Super Record groupset. It's cable operated, not the EPS version.
I have tried syncing the gears but it wont work. I have managed to get it tuned in whilst in the small chain ring at the front. As soon as I change to the large chain ring everything on the rear cassette goes out of sync. It changes up but it wont change down. If I losen the barrel adjuster on the rear mech so it moves down it wont go back up.
There is only a problem when on the large chain ring. Everything is 11 speed Campagnolo including the chain and cassette.

Can someone please help before I lose the will to live

Screw in the B screw so the upper jockey wheel will be closer to the cogs.

Tried that and it didn't work. It's better then it was but there are still problems.
    Thanks for the help though.

Allready checked if the cage is vertical under the cogs?
Or; is the mech hanger still OK?

Yes it's vertical. There was s no play in the hanger either. I've checked the O rings and they are like brand new. I'm tempted to buy a new derailleur to see if that solves the problem.

Worth the investment in a derailleur hanger alignment tool. I was having shifting issues, hanger looked really straight by eye. I got the tool on it, and it was way off at the rim. Straightened it, and it now shifts like a dream.

Can you try the derailleur on another bike?

Have you got the FD-CE011 washer for the front derailleur? You may need it to stop the cable rubbing the derailleur body.

I put my bike on a turbo trainer. I put a spirit level on the down tube and and a small boat level on the derailleur. They were both level so I'm thinking that means the cage is straight. I'm taking it to a Campagnolo dealer today, hopefully they can sort it out.
