Extra small frame with mudguards, two bottle cages, pedals and 28mm tyres comes in at 9.8 kg.

Not a featherweight, is mostly the wheels i think.

I love the look of it, even better in a small frame size as it makes the wheels look bigger. Be wary on bridal paths with mudguards unless you've loads of clearance between the tyre and guard.
