Having just fitted a dropper post I have had to transfer the contents of my small saddle bag to my camelback which adds a noticeable amount of weight to my back and I don't like it.

Can anyone recommend a suitable method of carrying said tools mounted to the frame?

I have a 2011 Trance if that matters.

Thanks,

Bish.

Tape or a storage bottle in a bottle cage, in summer i just tape tyre levers and a mini mump wrapped in a spare tube to the top tube with some electrical tape. Those things cant weigh that much though, especially in a camelback thats got water in it...

I carry a multi tool, chain splitter and allen keys. They're the "heavy" bits.

A new, lighter multi tool with all of the above might be around the same price as any other solution.
