Rockshox Reverb air leak

Hi there.

I brought a second hand reverb dropper post.
The seller tells me it's worked perfectly, but after I tested it a few times on my bike it wouldn't come up again.

Then I found out it had a air leak, and I changed the air seals that SRAM shows in
They video for the small service. And when I trying it on my work tabel it's works great. But as soon as I mount it on the bike and
Drop it, it looses all air. I have tried to found out what couse this leak. But I really
Can't find out anything about it.

Is there someone who knows what going on ?
Is there a seal ins top of the air shaft, in the nut that seems to hoLd some seals to avoid air and oil leak?

Can someone help?

Send it back to the seller? Although after fiddling that might be too late.

Send it to TF Tuned for repair.

Loads seem to have been replaced under warranty.
