Upgrading Defy OverDrive 1 Headset

I have been looking on the Internet for a replacement headset to upgrade the one on my Giant Defy 5 2014. It has gone and is very clicky. I don't particularly want to just replace the loose balls and have the same problem in a few months. I'd like to upgrade it to sealed bearings. But the only option I can find is this FSA overdrive headset.

That should fit as it is the same model that is fitted to the 0, 1, 2 bikes. BTW it is referred to as Overdrive as opposed to the Overdrive 1. Overdrive 2 uses larger bearings.
