Headset Choices (zs44/28.6, ec44/33)

Hi all,

Ive just bought a new frame with the headset spec as (zs44/28.6 Upper) (ec44/33 Lower)
Ive found the chris king I8 and Cane Creek 110 which will fit but was hoping to pay quite a bit less if possible, honestly I was hoping to get a hope headset.
Anyone point me towards some options as I'm struggling to find this size anywhere!

By this size I mean is there anywhere I can get the lower cup from/get a shim or spacer to make a different size headset fit. I realize the upper cup is pretty common.
