Which riders can rock a proper full beard? Which just clearly can't, or shouldn't?

Cav's is pretty lightweight and Boonen's not more than a three day growth for a proper beardy.

Let's be clear about this, goatees don't count as proper beards. Proper beards have to be full beards, they can be trimmed, but not shaped and no facial area is allowed to be shaved. And they must absolutely be thick. No cheap can't be arsed to shave but keep it short like three day stubble rubbish.
