Mavic de-badging Vs warranty? ? ?

Just a brand new set of akisuims Elites for my winter bike but I want to de-badge them. Can't find a contact for mavic. Never had a problem with my other Mavic's but I'd hate to debadge only to be told I have a void warranty if I ever had an issue. I think I may be ok if I don't touch any serial numbers?

Any one had any ideas?

Meh - is it worth the hassle ? Alternately tape over them ?

Prob not but every thing is either black or red. OCD I guess !
