first Real Bike..should I go with Aluminum Diverge or 2013 TCR Rabo Advanced

TCR advanced 2013 RaboBank with 105 and ultegra detailers... Compact (climbing) cranks, 10 speed and velomax wheels from a friend of a friend....or a new diverge...I think they're cool and the lbs has them. Trying to keep under the $1000 mark.
