frame size advice

6 feet tall. Buying a frame set to build so can't try for size. 55.5 or 57? Looking at kinesis gf ti disk.

    What do you ride at the moment? Does it fit you well? Find out the measurements of your existing bike (stack, reach, effective top tube) and see how they compare with those frames.
