SPYLAMP2 BIKE TRACKING

I brought a Spylamp2 four years ago and have been very happy with it. I got my Scott road bike back twice once stolen in Paris and once stolen in Roanne - both times bike was locked with a Kryptonite U lock. When I went to the Police with the position on my smart phone each time they knew exactly where it was and were able to return it within half an hour. HOWEVER I need to by a new battery for it and it is impossible now to contact them - does anyone also have problems talking to their support people? Is there a way to make contact with them?
