So i'm running a Tacx Vortex and early last week Richmond was working fine.
Yesterday on the other hand, i didn't feel any resistance on Waitopia.
There's some pretty steep climbs on that course and i didn't get any resistance at all.
In fact, throughout the whole course i was pretty much on my top gear.
The vortex was set up fine as i tried it on the Tacx software.
Any ideas?

On the pairing screen try unpairing and repairing "Controllable Trainer". Also make sure you are *not* connected to the trainer using your phone before starting Zwift. Switch your phone off if that helps.0

Yeah did actually unpair all devices and i'm not using my phone to connect.
Didn't make any difference0 -
So does controllable trainer pair correctly?
Assuming it does if you go into the settings can you see the trainer difficulty level slider? It should be set between half way or all the way to the right.
Also make sure your dongle is right next to your trainer.0 -
Yeah paired fine.
It just so happens that difficulty level slider was missing from my setting yesterday, just not there at all oddly.0 -
If the difficulty slider isn't there is means the controllable aspect isn't paired for whatever reason.0

Yeah something aint quite right.
Cheers for your help buddy0
