    I'm having a few issues with a Triton order at the minute, but they were grand the last time I used them.

    triton are awful.

    I bought a cinelli frame from them which had a missing bit. took 2 months to get them to send it out.

    My experience of Triton, with a Ritchey saddle, means I won't go near them again.

    If you are ordering from Triton, double check they actually, really, definitely have stock. So far, I'm waiting fully a month on an item (Hollowgram arm extracting tool) that allegedly was in stock, but really wasn't, and was then coming back in a week ago, but still hasn't been despatched. They took the money right at the start, though.
