Quidco not tracked for Evans Cycles

I've ordered a bike online via Quidco from Evans Cycles, and applied for finance. I've used Quidco a lot and rarely had problems. I placed the order almost 48 hours ago, but nothing so far. It should track at almost £100.

Anyone know if Evans are normally slow at tracking for bikes? I'm due to pick it up on Saturday, so if it has not tracked by Friday I will cancel, as £100 is a lot to lose.

    I tried that but Quidco just say "Unfortunately we are unable to investigate transactions for this merchant".

    Just giving an update, as this may help someone else in the future. Evans were no help, and Quidco couldn't help as they blamed Evans. I had to order a second bike, this time not with finance, and it tracked on Quidco within an hour. So I cancelled the bike on finance - the cancellation was very easy.
