Fat Bike Bottom Bracket

Have a project for a fat bike and the frame I have has a 120mm bottom bracket width, 34-35mm diameter.

Any recommendations on a suitable BB. Ideally a square taper variety because I am cannibalising an old bike for most of the components (aside from the BB obviously).

Recommendations appreciated!
