Trek Fuel EX 9.8 29er Drivetrain upgrade

Hi all,
I bought a second hand Trek Fuel EX 9.8 Carbon 29er 19" frame and am looking to upgrade the rear mech as it's not in great shape. I'm thinking to change the cassette, chain and crank as they are worn too. This is the first time I've done anything like this and have been reading up but am unsure on minor details like crank & rear mech length. Do the details below sound right?
