Giant TCR Advanced Pro1, Whats the catch?

Im looking at upgrading to a carbon road bike. I'm currently on a Trek Emonda ALR. Love the Trek but ready for carbon. I came across this Giant TCR Advanced Pro1

Full Ultegra with Carbon Rims for $3200. This price seems too good to be true. I have been looking at Trek, Specialized, and Cannondale to compare and to get the same components with carbon rims they are all $5,000 and up... So my question is what is the catch with this Giant? What am i missing? Would appreciate any insight on this.

Giant have recently become very aggressive with their pricing. The new top end Time Trial frame sold out in the UK before even released. It is about half the cost of all the other top end offerings.Insta: ATEnduranceCoaching
