Recently I had an issue with the finish of my Giant Defy Advanced frame in Australia. I reported this to a Giant concept store and head office in Melbourne. Within a week a new upgraded Pro frame was delivered to the store who then in one day fitted all the components on the 'old' frame to the new one. This service is truly fantastic and shows that Giant not only produce excellent bikes but have a positive attitude towards their customers. I have no connection with Giant other than owning two Giant bikes. My wife owns two and my son another Defy.
