Anyone cycling in Chiang Mai in October? Yes it is early to ask but I do tend to over plan. This is my first blog post as I plan the trip.

If you like this culture vulture type of thing as part of your trip try cycling around Chiangmai on Songkran ,Thai new year, which is in early April...One giant water fight with no prisoners taken and on a bike you will be easy pickings..Throwing water is a blessing in Thailand ...You will fry aslo that time of year..jc0

Thanks, I was reading a little about it today. I think my 2017 cycling budget will be spent in France.0

How did your trip go then ? Fantastic country to cycle in once you get off the main roads, but then I'm slightly bias.
