CX Bike / Commuter

Hi All-

I have £1000 Evans Ride2Work voucher for a CX bike (I will do a few races so don't realty want an 'adventure bike' whatever they are) but one I can switch the wheels out and ride up to 20km to the station on and maybe use for winter duties.... I was looking at

I wanted 11 speed if possible as my other bikes and my wife's bikes are all 11 speed. Has anyone got experience of Norco or Fuji? I could get pedals and a few bits for my £1000 with these- or the alternative is the 105 CAADX but I wouldn't have any money left for accessories...
