Vintage Frame ID

Hello , I've just registered wit Bikeradar, I have a vintage frame , no name , just a frame number ,I was informed by seller it is a 1948, but had two knowledgable Gents tell me it is 1928-32, it has got very distinct lug work , could some one let me know how to put pics on here ? I'm not having much luck Cheers
