How would you describe this jacket?

I am looking for alternative versions of a jacket like this:
http://www.bioracer.com/en/team-clothing/195/jersey-ls-prof-isolation
What would I search for? I'd interpret it as a "middle" layer of a layering system, but anything I put into CRC/Wiggle etc is coming back with reflective, windproof tops which would be probably be too heavy.
Or has anyone seen something they like (can be worn now under a waterproof jacket, but on its own come the spring?)

I have the Rapha version but all you need is something like this, I think -

But why would you wear it under another jacket? Just wear a jersey. The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.Veronese68 wrote:PB is the most sensible person on here.0 -
This time of year I usually wear a base layer, middle layer and my outer is determined by the weather - If its just windy, a shell, else if its chucking it down and freezing as it is now, then a full waterproof over the top.
I wouldn't call that Wisp a "middle layer". Id freeze to death in that0 -
How would I describe it?
- a poor alternative to a Castelli Alpha.0 -
I have a Gore Bike Wear Power 2.0 Thermo Jersey (long name but I wanted to make sure I was accurate) and it may be close. It's more of a jersey that a jacket, it's breathable and warm but not an outer layer, cold weather top - i also have a windstopper version which is thicker and windproof so a lot warmer.0

This seems more like a traditional 'Roubaix' jersey, which are a great staple. Good in the Spring and Autumn on their own with a baselayer, and then in winter with a rain cape or gilet.

Ah! Now we're talking. So a Roubiax jersey, seems to bring back a few hits and those last 2 look decent enough considering theyll be covered.0
