WH-R500 Shimano Wheel, will it take a 10 speed cassette?

Hi All,
I'm selling this WH-R500 Shimano Bicycle back Wheel, and somebody has asked me if it will take a 10 speed cassette, and I have no idea! If anybody can enlighten me, I would be very grateful!
