Bike recommendation for tall 10 year old girl?

Hi
My 10-year old daughter has outgrown her present bike and I am looking for a replacement. She is quite tall for her age(1.47m). I am wondering whether to go for a 24" or 26" wheel.
The Carrera Luna 24" gets good reviews. However, maybe she would outgrow it soon? The Halfords sale price is £229.99, which seems a lot of money if it is not going to last her long.
Please can anyone help me with some suggestions for what to buy?
Best regards
David

+1 .... If she can comfortably use a 26" XS then everything else but the frame is re-useable.
Due to the latest adult size "Wheel Size Madness" you can buy used 26" wheel frames for peanuts.
The Luna appears to be identical the Blast except Colours.... and one is for "Girls" the other for "Boys"... but eBay presently has bargain after bargain of used 26" bikes and also frames, wheels etc.
When she outgrows a 26" XS you can just replace the frame.... or even move straight onto any other wheelsize.0 -
