Do I need a disc specific pannier rack with flat mount disc brakes?

I pick up anew bike on Saturday, a Kona Roadhouse :D. I'm looking for a lightweight rear rack which I'm going to put Ortlieb front rollers on for commuting and light touring. The bike has flat mount disc brakes and 30mm tyres. I like the Tubus Fly rack but I think it's too narrow for 30mm tyres. So next best would be the Tortec lightweight tourer rack but I've seen comments that this doesn't fit disc bikes because of fouling on the calliper. If the brakes are flat mount is this still true?

If this is the case are there any lightweight disc compatible racks? Any help would be much appreciated.

Looking at the image of the rear end on Kona World You can use a normal rack such as Tortec Hybrid Velocity. You'd only need a disc specific rack if the calliper was on the seatstay.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
