Hi all,
Im looking at the stages power meter but the price is putting me off slightly. Ive spotted a shimano xtr version for quite a bit cheaper than the dura ace version. Im running dura ace cranks at the moment. Does anyone know if the crank arms of these two could be interchangeable in terms of q factor, shape etc?
Cheers

its not the same. i cant remember the details but i did the same research when looking a few years back.
you could use a 105 or an ultegra crank armBMC TM01 - FCN 0
Look 695 (Geared) - FCN 1
Bowman Palace:R - FCN 1
Cannondale CAAD 9 - FCN 2
Premier (CX) - FCN 6
Premier (fixed/SS) - FCN30 -
The crank arm will fit but it is quite different to the road crank in terms of shape. Q factor for MTB cranks is higher.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0
