Trek Marlin 7 vs Lapierre Raid 327

Hi there,

I'm looking to buy a new bike to start, so as a beginner I would like some advise.

I'm from Costa Rica, and here I've found these 2 bikes within my budget, so for you experts, which one should I buy?

I'd take the Lapierre, Shimano brakes and you get a Deoere rear mech, otherwise much of a muchness.
