Recently I chipped in to one of the teams leaving present. he's a good lad so he got paper. I come in this morning and he's sat opposite.

Maybe he was just leaving for the day?0

Surely he will leave one day? When he does, you've already paid.0
-
Tell him you are leaving........0
-
You paid, he left. Just blank him - he isn't there. If everyone does this he'll soon leave again.Faster than a tent.......0

Does he know he's left? I think you are victim to an elaborate workplace/team scam, all your mates are giggling behind your back, no one else paid a penny, now they've all gone out and bought haribo at your expense.. tough You'll get over it, next time give em a post dated cheque, it's the only way you can be sure
All lies and jest..still a man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest....0 -
Maybe he got your job. Think you should get your desk together.
On the bright side, they may raise 4.99 for your leaving present0 -
Right, I'm going to fire him and not chip in.
Thanks all.Insert bike here:0 -

To right i would ask for it back & find out why he hasn't gone.0

Tell him you're a bit skint so you're going to pretend you're leaving so they have a whip round for you, then just glare at him.0
