New bike

Hi I have a budget of around £600/£700 for a new bike, I've been searching for weeks and have narrowed it down to 2 bikes. Can anybody please help or give opinion. Many thanks

I've always wanted a Kona and have been told the 13 brand gives you a lot for your money and I can get another 10% off both these.
