Campag Ergos with Road Disc - cabling

Shortly embarking on a project to connect up Campag 11 speed levers with a mech disc road brake.

I haven't tried yet, but I'm not expecting the regular brake inner to reach to the rear disc.

How to others solve this problem? There is a Jagwire Road PRO XL cableset available, however frustratingly although the outers are compatible, the inners are not. Jagwire do sell a long Campag inner, however I didn't yet find anyone who stocks it.

Any input appreciated. Ta.

I use Transfil inners for Campagnolo and they do reach the caliper
