new set of wheels what rear tyre

Hi just had these built and just wondered what rear tyre to look at.
at the mo running a high roller 2 on the front and a ardent on the rear so looking for a change, mainly ride cliff paths rocky stuff and steps. was thinking the razor rock or new minion ss but any one had experiance of these and any other suggestions thank!!

    awaits RMSC to tell you they are soft :lol:

    semi-slick tyres are fine for dry hardpack, if you want a tyre with lower rolling resistance then consider the WTB trail boss

    Didn't think of the wtb, at the mo got a ardent on back but fancied a change, only issue I have with semi slicks is I'm still learning to corner properly so just just wonder if I they'll provide enough grip.

    Vittoria Sagaro's seem to do it all and the grip is very good. These would be something different. There are new XC and all mountain tyres this year with new compounds which I have not had a chance to try yet. Currently riding on the Geax (vittoria) Gato's 2.3" 29er and the geax saguaro tubulars and have not found them wanting.
