Antares, flat vs rounder saddle?

I know this isn't an easy post, as saddles are personal.

I have a Fizik Antares R3 now, but find it very uncomfortable, I find the rear part of the saddle pushes into my sit bones/bottom at the rear, not soft tissue.

I am guessing the Antares is a flat'ish saddle, this meaning maybe a more rounded saddle is needed?

I do move around a small amount in the saddle, and can move more forwards when pushing on the pedals.

Any recommendations?
