650b frame/bike recommendations

My small wife is in the market for a small frame, so we're looking for something that will take 650b wheels.
It will be a flat barred commuter, so finding something prebuilt to this spec is unlikely.
Bar the Surly Straggler, cant find much in the way of 650b frames out there.
Anyone got any suggestions?
Cheers.

650b is a MTB size and only MTB tyres are available in that size. If that's what you want, I suggest you post in the MTB section.
650c is a road size and a limited range of road tyres are available in that sizeleft the forum March 20230 -
How about a genesis col du glandon. Have a look at this blog. You might be able to get it set up for flat bars.

Can pick up bike for £400-450. http://www.cyclesense.co.uk/m1b235s6p16220/GENESIS-Col-Du-Glandon-47cm-2014/RS_GB/52119?gclid=CP2VrobSoMoCFQueGwod6XUITQ
Isla bikes does small framed bikes too, http://www.islabikes.co.uk/products/bikes/item/luath-700-large which they may be able to set it up with flat a bar.
Canyon does some nice well specd womans bikes but only 700c https://www.canyon.com/en-gb/fitness/roadlite/roadlite-al-5-0-w.html
32-42mm Road tyres in 650b available from http://www.velovitality.co.uk/collections/wheels-tyres-and-tubes or here http://www.acycles.co.uk/grand-bois-cypres-folding-tyre-6464.html
I'm currently using the 700x38mm compass tyres on club runs and love them. I'm about to build some 650b wheels so I can fit 650b x 42mm tyres.0 -
Does it have to be a 650c compatible frameset?
My go-to site for bargain frames is Paul Milnes Ebay shop. Have bought 2 frames from them in the past 2-3 years and I can't fault them.
They currently have a 45cm Tifosi CK7 frameset on offer which I guess will be designed to take 700c wheels

They also have this (available in S, XS and XXS) again probably for 700c wheels

Might be worth calling them anyway to confirm what wheelsets are appropriate for these frames or if they have anything else in stock that would fit the bill.
If you're after a complete bike then they have this on offer

They are a bona fide bike shop based in Bradford and I've always found them helpful. Also if you do a deal over the phone they will give you a reduction on the Ebay listing price (or throw in a headset and or bottom bracket)0 -

If you are happy to pay 3 quid for a bike and 100 for a pair of tyres, you can always find something. They would hardly be my choice of tyreleft the forum March 20230 -

Again as I said Schwalbe has cheaper offerings (so does Hutchinson).0 -
I see things are moving in the right direction then.
Couple of years ago I was toying with the idea of building a pair of 650b for my cross bike, but there wasn't a tyre on the market that would fit the frame, the smallest was 1.5"
Most 650b rims are tubeless and so should the tyresleft the forum March 20230
