By not riding in wet weather.....otherwise you just get in with it.....

All breaks get a big noisy, metallic pads tend to be worse than organic or Kevlar and Avid seem to be worse and I think the ones that use the CPS washers suffer due to reduced mounting stiffness, but that's all rather acedemic.

Saying 'these brakes' having onky specified the manufacturer and not the model isn't helpful!
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

As what rookie says wet weather wont help, my shimano xt brakes make noise when the pads are wet even tried all the pad types and they still do it.

which model of avid brakes are they?

The most recent Avids I had only stopped squeaking when they got wet and muddy. Generally brakes squeaking in crappy conditions is to be expected and no manufacturers are immune to it.

In wet muddy weather you just have to get used to it.
