I'd like to convert my Giant TCX to use a Shimano 105 chainset (24mm spindle diam). The TCX has a 86.5mm wide BB shell with 46mm diameter and was originally fiited with a BB386 evo FSA chainset.
I can see Rotor offer an adapter and Wheels Mfg have an adapter of sorts which still relies on the original bearings remaining in situ, being FSA I'd rather not....
Can anyone recommend any other options, please? A shimano PF BB would be ideal but they all seem to be 41mm diameter.

Are you sure the current FSA isn't Megaexo24mm axle, rather than Megaevo30mm axle ? I thought Giant always stuck to 24mm axle BB's.
Giant use PF86/90 which is 41mm external diamter, mainly for 24mm axled cranks. PF30 is for 30mm cranks , and has 46mm outside diameter. Slightly confusingly, PF86/90 frames can accommodate a BB386 30mm crank .
I suspect your frame has a 41mm BB aperture.

Giant uses BB86, these will work with Shimano cranks.

I use the FSA adapters with a BB386 EVO BB to install a Rotor 3D crankset and it all works fine.I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.0
