4 became 2 because of some water falling from the sky.
Anyway, tire, porridge, mild hangover blah blah blah... Must get going, onwards and most definitely up!

Feeling below par as yesterdays house packing up & theatre didn't happen as the Sister in law turned up with her rugrat - in the midst of marital strife, so I tried out the new Crudder bike and did a decent run, before the pub
Today is haircut and more sister in law avoidance0 -
Club run, lazy afternoon and a bit of bike maintenance“Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Teach a man to cycle and he will realize fishing is stupid and boring”

Breakfast to come, ham and eggs , loads of eggs hens are laying well considering they're in surrounding suited to ducks. Then out to get horse feed, cleaning bike, ironing, cooking and continually washing down boot room and kitchen cos the 3 dogs are like mud mops. Mrs on horse duties and I'm the housewife today.0

My exercise today is done, I've taken the hound for a run. He got a bit freaked out by a dead cat we came across and started barking at it. He's now crashed out on the floor and I'm having coffee till the girls come back and cause chaos. Later will be following the footy and a few jobs."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -
Work finished for the day, qualification done, beware unfit fat people of the world.

Turkish barbers on Mansfield Road, Nottingham. Several to choose from and only £8 a pop. All better at cutting hair than blonde bimbos if not as easy on the eye.
50 mile ride followed by a couple of beers is all I've achieved today so far.0 -

Well, there goes the first weekend off of the year. I think I sneezed and missed it. Lots of cooking done, some beers sampled and nearly bed-time.

Evening all,
Fairly quiet day today, took the boy out for a bit of driving practice. I wasn't constantly in fear of my life, I didn't shout at him and my nerves weren't in tatters when we finished. He must be improving.
Took the wife shopping for a Fitbit, wound up buying something else I'd never heard of, but it looked nice. Now relaxing at home having finally fettled the bike, should be a quiet ride in tomorrow.0 -
