Hi,I have a mekk poggio with 9 speed sora. I have an older ultegra groupset I would like to fit on it. The cables all go inside the frame, are there any guides in the frame to thread new cables through? If so can they drop into the frame when removing the old cables?

Some bikes have straws to help guide the cable inners through, some bikes have nothing. Other bikes have the outers go all the way through making fitting inners easier provided you don't need to be changing the outer too. If there's no straws, tie a piece of cotton to the end of the inners you're removing so you can attach it to the new inners and pull the cable through. Fitted guides shouldn't just drop into the frame void when you pull the inners out.
I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.
