Looking for info on a Specialized bike

Looking to build a 2006 model Specialized Allez Elite with Columbus tubing (like this one http://www.evanscycles.com/products/specialized/allez-elite-2006-road-bike-ec012935) as a winter bike.

I'm struggling to find the seat post collar. which is tear dropped shaped, no matter what I google I can't find it, I've went to my local Specialized dealer but I've not heard back in roughly 3 weeks.

Does anyone know the name of the product, or one better have one they would sell me.

Yours appears to be listed as Custom so I would think you would need to order one from Specialised as an after market alternative seems unlikely to me.

I spoke to the dealer today and he's now waiting an email back from the Uk customer service manager (or something like that) for more info.
